As part of our Cero Tolerance towards Child Labor in coffee communities where we source coffee, a clear strategy was defined to mitigate the presence of children in the coffee fields during the peak coffee picking season.

Through an Alliance with Funcafé, the National Coffee Association´s (ANACAFE) Social Department, 10 Coffee Kindergarten and Coffee Camp Centers have been established each year
In coffee communities throughout Guatemala: Santa Rosa, Huehuetenango, Chimaltenango, Sacatepéquez, Chiquimula and Atitlán.

The 35 day Farmer Aid Initiative covers education materials for Teachers and Kids, two complimentary meals, higiene products, library station by UNEX and Math and Reading contests.
